Meet our HR Team

Catherine Mordaunt, Human Resources Manager

Catherine is responsible for coordinating each of the different components of Human Resources at Anglican Care. This includes recruitment, training, performance management, WHS, return to work, workers compensation and employee relations. Catherine heads up the Human Resources team which comprises a Human Resources Advisor, Samantha Carroll, three Human Resources Officers: Naomi Pateman, Dianne Lawrence, Brydee Curan and Human Resources Assistant, Elisabeth Hamonet.

Samantha Carroll, Human Resources Advisor

In her role as Human Resources Advisor, Samantha provides professional support for managers and staff at all levels on a range of matters including; remuneration and benefits, industrial relations, workforce planning and, performance management. Samantha also assists with the development and maintenance of Human Resources policies and procedures for Anglican Care.

Naomi Pateman, Work Health Safety / HR Officer

Naomi is the Work Health and Safety Officer at Anglican Care. In this role Naomi assists in the development and implementation of; risk management; workplace inspections/audits; WHS consultation; return to work and injury management and; Work Health and Safety policies and procedures. Naomi's role as a Human Resources Officer also encompasses all aspects of HR.

Dianne Lawrence, Training and Development Officer / HR Officer

Dianne is responsible for coordinating staff training and development, assisting with planning, developing and delivering education, and identifying career opportunities for Anglican Care employees.  As a Human Resources Officer, Dianne is also involved in all areas of HR.

Brydee Curan, Recruitment Officer/ HR Officer

Brydee's primary role is to provide a centralised recruitment service for all Anglican Care facilities and services. Brydee also provides professional support for managers and staff and is responsible for coordinating volunteers across each of Anglican Care's facilities.  

Elisabeth Hamonet, Human Resources Assistant

Elisabeth’s primary role is to assist and provide administrative support to the Human Resources team across all areas. Elisabeth is responsible for overseeing Anglican Care’s corporate wardrobe range, coordinating feedback from new starters, and is the editor of Chit Chat, Anglican Care’s staff newsletter.
