What to expect

All new employees at Anglican Care are involved in an induction program to help ease them into their new role with the organisation. The induction program is tailored to meet the individual needs of every new staff member to help them familiarize themselves with their new role.

Your Induction Program includes:

1. The General Organisational Orientation

2. The General Induction Program:
    - Site Orientation
    - A series of check lists to be completed by the manager/ supervisor or buddy and the new
      employee

3. New Employee Development Plan

4. Performance Development Review

5. Skills Assessments and Self Directed Learning Packages
