Missed Services

If your bin has not been emptied - firstly you need to check that the driver has not placed a fluoro orange sticker on the lid. This sticker may provide information as to why your bin may not have been emptied. The driver may not empty your bin if wrong items have been placed in it causing the bin to be contaminated or if it is too heavy for the truck to service. The sticker will provide further information on why your bin has not been emptied and provide information on rectifying this problem to have your bin serviced. 

If you have no sticker on your bin, the driver may have missed it. To report a missed service simply visit our online booking page by clicking here. Remember to always try and place your bins out for collection the evening before your service day as the drivers do start emptying bins bright and early in the morning.

Additional Bins

If you are finding that your bins are constantly overflowing, we can help. For a small annual fee (added to your Council Rates) we can provide additional recycling, garden vegetation or general waste bins.
