Bin Repairs

If your bin has been damaged, missing a wheel or perhaps your lid is broken or missing... you can request repairs to your bin online by clicking here.

Please Note: Bins that have been damaged beyond repair will only be exchanged with a replacement bin if the old bin is placed out on the kerbside for removal – please contact our Customer Service Centre on 13001COAST (1300 126 278) if further information is required.

Additional Bins

If you are finding that your bins are constantly overflowing, we can help. For a small annual fee (added to your Council Rates) we can provide additional recycling, garden vegetation or general waste bins.
