Corporate Volunteering

What better way for your company to make a contribution to the conservation of the environment thatn to engage your staff in a Corporate Volunteering Program?

This program is designed to take your staff out of their usual comfort zone by providing them with a range of activities that they may not normally undertake. We can tailor the program to suit your company's needs. A range of suggested activities are listed but we are happy to discuss alternative activities.

We can also tailor a unique project to suit your requirements which will allow an ongoing involvement for your staff through our project sponsorship program.

There are many benefits to corporate volunteering. If gives individuals a sense of community pride, increases workforce morals and increases your company's standing in the community. Companies that participate in corporate volunteering benefit internally through staff development, and externally in relation to business reputation in the community.

Here at the Hunter Wetlands Centre we have many projects on the go. Depending on interest and ability, projhects could include garden and path construction, bridge and hide construction, weeding, planting and other landcare activities.
