Shed sales opportunities are being presented to Fair Dinkum Sheds by AMSA and their state and local co-ordinators. The following document sets out the opportunity for distributors, local ‘Sheds’ and Fair Dinkum Sheds.

The opportunity to support these sheds extends to the sale of the structure, as well as to locally initiated promotions between local ‘sheds’ and distributors.

 Discounted Supply Offer

Fair Dinkum Sheds will waive our commission on all AMSA shed sales and blue ink plan fees.

We have also negotiated discounts on materials for all AMSA shed sales from our major suppliers including:

Stramit – Including cladding, roofing, structural components, doors

B&D – Roller doors

Larnec – Doors

AMIA - Windows and doors

Kingspan - Insulation

These discounts are provided with the expectation that the local distributor also discounts their supply and/or build prices significantly.

In exchange for these significant discounts, we expect sponsor signage to be placed on the shed and to be acknowledged in any publicity or events surrounding the shed opening.

As many sheds are still sourcing land or additional funding at the time they seek quotations from FDS distributors, our attached written “FDS offer of support’ is to be supplied with the quotation to assist them in securing further external financial support.
