Secure Online Ordering by Credit Card
(Provided by Commweb)
Pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) in our secure environment. We use Commweb which is a Secure Online Payment Gateway facility provided by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA). Payments are authenticated by Verified by Visa, Mastercard Secure Code and or American Express during the payment process. Credit card details and passwords are all stored in a highly encrypted secure database. Payment by credit card is the easiest and most efficient method of shopping at Oakwood Products.
Credit cards are charged at the time of ordering. If a card has been declined, we will email you informing you, and you will be asked to re-enter your payment details. Your order will not be process or despatched until payment is authenticated, approved and made in full.
Offline Payments
Some people are uncomfortable with transmitting their credit card details over the Internet, or do not have a credit card. An Oakwood product offers a number of options for your convenience:

All listed pricing on this website is in AUD (Australian Dollars). Goods and Services Tax ("GST") is applied to all product pricing listed and includes GST of 10%.

Standard shipping is with Australia Post and prices have been calculated accordingly.

Shipping Policy (Within Australia)
We currently employ the services of Australia Post to deliver your orders. They deliver throughout Australia utilising their logistical network. Please note - if you are in a regional area, we recommend you let us know during the checkout process, using the 'additional comments' box. Typically it can take up to 4-5 days for delivery to regional areas.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: All orders will be shipped out the next business day, providing stock is available.
Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: We aim to pick, pack and send all available products within 24 hours of receiving your order. During peak times please allow for 1-2 days. As for when you will receive your order, this will depend on delivery times to your area. For most east coast metro areas allow 1-3 working days, allow 2-5 working days for rural areas or for areas within SA, WA, TAS and NT..
Q: What if my order is on Back Order or Out of Stock?
A: In some cases, we may become out of stock of a particular item prior to your order being despatched. In this circumstance, we will notifiy you immediately of any items that will be delayed from being delivered within the standard 2-3 business days. If a backorder becomes unavailable for some reason we will advise by phone or email as soon as known and offer any avalable substitutes or full refund.
International - Shipping Policy
