This page has been dedicated to assist MJH Contractors & Suppliers to understand OHS compliance requirements and to provide relevant documentation for contractor & suppliers in the form of the Housing Industry Site Safety Pack (HISSP).

These documents have been developed in consultation with the Housing Industry Association (HIA), their construction members & WorkCover Authority NSW. These documents are free and are provided in a word format. This enables recipients to own these documents without the expense of a consultant to develop them on their behalf. These documents are widely accepted by most Domestic Residential Home Builders in NSW. This compliance pack contains the agreed minimum legal requirements to assist the end users in meeting their OHS obligations under NSW OHS legislation, once completed correctly and implemented on site.

Sub Contractor/Supplier OHS Compliance Document Package

This Sub Contractor/supplier form is required to be submitted annually before undergoing any work for McDonald Jones Homes. The three files below make up the MJH Sub Contractor/supplier package, so please download all three when applying as a Sub Contractor/Supplier (Letter, Statement & Package)
