QUOTING PROCEDURE

The customer service procedure at Quarry Products Newcastle (QPN) is as straight forward as possible.

Clients needing a quotation or information may call, fax or email their requirements directly or complete the enquiry form located under the Contact Us pages of this website. QPN staff will then provide the information required in a timely manner.

To enable Quarry Products Newcastle to provide a quote, clients should supply the following information:

• Client name & contact details
• Description of material requirements and/or specification
• Location to where material is to be delivered & any delivery constraints
• Tonnage required
• Rate at which the materials are required on daily basis

Quarry Products Newcastle should then be able to quote for the job unless there are special conditions that will need to be discussed before pricing can be completed.
